Why haven't I received my Gourdy points yet?
Some Gourdy points can be used within minutes of being awarded. Points for birthdays, visiting the store, or following our social media are ready to use soon after you earn them.
However, some points may take time to process before they can be redeemed. When you earn points for placing a purchase, it may take up to 3 days before the points can be used.
To view the progress of your points and whether they can be used, visit the rewards panel on your account page ( click here to visit your account page). Open up the rewards panel and select "History" to take a closer look.
When you're there, you'll see a complete list of every Gourdy point you've earned, as well as a status, which is listed as "Approved", Pending", or "Cancelled".
- Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases. This verification can take up to three days to complete.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
