Can I get a refund on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of downloadable content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital download purchases. All completed sales are final. That's because downloaded content is yours for life - you will always be able to access your content from AtmosFX after purchase, unlike physical formats which can be lost or damaged and must be replaced.
Before making a purchase, please watch the preview videos on every digital decoration page to be sure the content you select is right for you. If you are unsure, feel free to consult our Help Center or contact us for more information.
What if I buy the wrong decoration by mistake?
The AtmosFX Support Team can make an exception to our final sale policy only if there are no download attempts on your digital download. If you purchase a digital download by mistake, do not attempt to download. Instead, contact AtmosFX support. We can replace or refund your purchase only if there are no download attempts.
This means if you select the wrong display mode or accidentally add a decoration to your cart, just leave the download page alone and write to us, and the support team can help you. However, if you use any download attempts and then request a refund, we will not be able to grant your request.
What if I buy the same decoration twice?
If you buy the same decoration twice, the support team can either send you a different decoration of equal value, an equal credit to purchase decorations later, or a refund of your purchase. Just write to us and let us know which order(s) contained the same decorations and which option you prefer.
