What if I lose my digital downloads? Will my digital download link expire?
Once you purchase a digital download you can access the download link any time. These links do not expire, so you can come back and access them whenever and where-ever you need them.
Each digital download includes 5 download attempts, just in case you have connection issues and need to try more than once. If you need more attempts, the support team can reset the download attempts for you on request.
How Can I Find My Download Links?
There are three easy ways to locate your download links. You can check your email inbox for your original download emails, login to AtmosFX.com to locate the orders in your account, or if you still can't find your links you can always contact the AtmosFX support team.
Option 1 - Check Your Email Inbox
Every time you order a digital download from AtmosFX, we send you an email with a download link. That means you should still have emails in your inbox which include your download link. Try searching your inbox for emails from "SendOwl.com", our download provider.
Option 2 - Check your AtmosFX.com Account
All of your AtmosFX digital downloads can be found in your customer account. Login to AtmosFX.com, and then visit your account page ( https://atmosfx.com/account). You'll see a list of all of your orders, which include links to your downloads. Here is a screenshot for example:
If you haven't registered your account yet, you can register now and find all of your previous orders before registration listed in your order history.
Option 3 - Contact the Support Team
If you still aren't able to locate a download, the support team is always happy to help!
Remember, you may have used a different name or email address to place your order. If you can't locate an order on your account, please provide the following info when you contact the support team.
- First and last name
- Email address
- Order Number

Backing Up Your Digital Downloads
We recommend backing up your files before copying them onto the USB drive or SD card you use for decorating.
This is one of the great features of the digital download format – you can make personal copies to prevent against accidental loss.
Backing up your AtmosFX Digital Decorations to a single location will ensure that if anything happens to your USB drive or SD card, your files are safe and you won’t have to download them again.
