I pre-ordered one of your products. When will I receive it?

Thanks so much for placing a pre-order with us!

Your order will ship on the release date listed on the product page of the pre-ordered item. We put a priority on pre-orders so that they ship out of the warehouse before any new orders are handled. As soon as your pre-order ships you will receive an automated email notification with your tracking information.

If you pre-order a product along with items that are currently available, you will receive your full order in one shipment when the pre-ordered product is available to ship.
