What is my order status and where is my tracking information?

There are two ways to check the status of your order and find the tracking information. 

Email Confirmation

When your order is shipped out, you should receive an email notification with both the tracking number and order details. If you do not receive this email within two (2) business days from placing your order, please check your spam folder and make sure the email address support@atmosfx.com is on your safe senders list.

We will also email you shipping updates to let you know when your order is out for delivery and has been marked as delivered. Please note that these emails are contingent on the tracking information shared between the shipping service and our website.

Checking Your Account Online

When you log into your account at AtmosFX.com, you will have access to all of your past order history. From here, you can click thru to check the status or information of any order you’ve placed.

The order detail page will show whether or not your order has shipped, the address you entered for billing and shipping, the products purchased within the order, and your tracking information.
