Damaged During Shipping

If your product is damaged during shipping, it qualifies for our warranty replacement program. 

If your package qualifies for a warranty replacement due to shipping damage, please contact the support team ASAP. Be sure to include your order information and a description of the damage. Pictures or videos are always helpful too. Minor exterior damage to your packaging box does not qualify, but damage to the product itself does.

Package Lost by Courier

If your package is declared lost by a courier, AtmosFX can issue replacement free of charge.

Before contacting support, please contact your courier directly for more information. Your package must be declared lost, not late, to qualify. Stolen packages may be replaced on a case-by-case basis. Express shipping is not offered on lost package replacements. Contact the support team with your order information and we will issue a replacement if it meets terms of our shipping policy.

International Customers

If your package is shipped outside of the United States, you may be required to pay customs fees to release your package. Packages which are returned by customs for failure to pay are not eligible for refund or replacement.
