What is your returns policy?

AtmosFX has returns and warranty policies to cover our physical products only. This only applies to items bought directly from AtmosFX.com.

Digital downloads are final sale items and are not eligible for refunds. For more information about our digital download policy, please visit this article: Can I get a refund on digital downloads?

Returns for Refund or Exchange

AtmosFX has a limited returns policy. Because of the seasonal nature of decorating products, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

To return your package for a refund or exchange, it must meet the following criteria:

  • Your items are unopened and unused
  • Your purchase was made through AtmosFX.com
  • It has been 15 days or less since your shipment arrived at its delivery address

AtmosFX does not refund shipping costs and can not pay for the cost of return shipping.

If your order is eligible for return, please contact the support team and provide all relevant information about your order. Items returned without authorization are not eligible for refunds.

Warranty Replacement

AtmosFX takes quality control seriously, but it is inevitable that a small number of products may arrive defective due to mishandling during shipping or other unforeseen errors in the production and distribution line.

That's why we have a 30 day warranty policy in the event that your items are defective. If you have an issue with your product, please contact the support team ASAP. Be sure to include your order information and a description of the nature of your problem. Pictures or videos are always helpful too.

Do not return your package without first contacting the support team. Products that are returned without contacting the support team may not be eligible for warranty.
