I received my tracking number, but it has no information.

If you have just received a tracking number but it returns no information, try it again tomorrow. The normal tracking activity should begin soon.

Tracking numbers are generated as soon as your order is processed by our warehouse, and may not return any information until the package is scanned and picked up by the courier. 

If your courier forgets to scan a package on pickup, or during transit, it can create a lot of confusion about where exactly your package is located. Please allow the suggested delivery before contacting AtmosFX support for more information.
